Snowman Arctic Kick 9mg is a cool, icy mint in a slim white pouch, with 9mg a pouch. That lands it near the foot of medium on the shop's scale, and it's the colder of Snowman's two mints. If the chilly part of mint is your favourite part, this is your lid.

Mint from the cold end of the shelf
Ever opened the freezer for no reason and just stood there enjoying the draught? Snowman Arctic Kick 9mg is the snus version of that small pleasure. It's a cool, icy mint in a slim white pouch, and the name on the lid tells you most of the plot. Snowman sits in the Tridots stable, and the brand says its pouches are manufactured in Denmark. No fruit, no pudding, nothing hiding at the back. Just mint, served cold.
What it tastes like
Tastes like the mint that got left on the windowsill overnight in January. The flavour is mint from the first moment, cool and icy all the way along. It's a clean, simple taste that knows what it's there to do. Snowman has two mint cans on this shelf, and this is the colder of the pair, with Fresh Mint as the plain one. So if the cool part of a mint is your favourite part, you've found the right lid. Mint fans will know it on sight.
How strong it is
Each pouch holds 9mg. The shop's strength scale files that under medium, the band running from 8mg up to 16mg, and 9mg sits near the foot of it. Snowman keeps things simple with two strengths, 9mg and 12mg, and this is the lower step. The same cool mint also comes as Snowman Arctic Kick 12mg, for anyone who wants the next rung up. Strong doesn't begin until 16mg, so there's plenty of room above. Nine it is, then.

Who it is for
Arctic Kick 9mg suits you if you use snus regularly and mint is your usual order. It's a natural fit if a medium can is already your everyday choice and you like the lower half of that band. Fans of the cooler sort of mint will feel at home here. And if you'd like the same flavour at the higher figure, the 12mg can is sitting right next door.
Every can holds 20 slim white pouches, all tobacco free. Start with a single can and see how the cold suits you. Cool mint, medium strength, slim pouch. Scarf on, basket open, off you go.
