We reserve the right to:
- Modify or withdraw the Website, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
- Amend these Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- Restrict or block access to the Website where we suspect breach of these Conditions or fraudulent activity.

Use of Nicotine Products

Placing an Order

- A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
- Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
- Responsibility for the Products transfers to you upon delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, including but not limited to where:
- Products are unavailable.
- Payment authorisation fails or fraud is suspected.
- Pricing or product description errors occur.
- Delivery is not possible.
- Age verification requirements are not met.
Orders exceeding £10,000, or the equivalent in the currency of your order, may be declined and should be placed via Customer Services.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day on which you, or a person you nominate, receive the Products. To withdraw, tell us clearly within that period by email at info@atlanticpouch.com, giving your name and order number.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to Products that were sealed on delivery and have been unsealed. Products must therefore be returned unopened, with the manufacturer's seal intact.
If you withdraw, you must send the Products back to us within 14 days of telling us, and you bear the direct cost of returning them. We will refund the price of the returned Products and the standard delivery charge you paid, using the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the Products have arrived or you have provided proof of sending them.
Apart from this right, an order that we have accepted may not be cancelled or amended by you, except where the law requires.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
We are responsible for supplying Products that conform to the contract. If a Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Consumers have the remedies provided by the consumer law that applies to them, which in the European Union includes a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem.
Where a return is agreed due to a fault or error on our part, the Products must be returned in accordance with our instructions. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following receipt and inspection of the returned Products.
Product Descriptions
Products are sold subject to their Product Descriptions.
We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are error free. We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch if errors are identified.
Business Use
Where Products are purchased for business use, all implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our maximum liability to business users is limited to the replacement value of the Product, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a Consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live.
Disputes are to be resolved by Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a Consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@atlanticpouch.com and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot agree, Consumers may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee), or to the consumer dispute body of the country in which they live.

By using this Website, you consent to age verification via approved third party providers. Data is processed securely and retained only as required by law.
