The upper step of Snowman's cold mint
What does Snowman's coldest mint look like at the top of the brand's ladder? This can is the answer. Snowman is a Tridots brand with a compact line of slim, tobacco free white pouches, and it keeps to two strengths throughout. Snowman Arctic Kick 12mg is the higher of the two, carrying the brand's cool, icy mint. By the brand's own account, its pouches are manufactured in Denmark. If you already know you like your snus minty and cold, start here.
The flavour, described
The flavour is mint, plainly and from the outset. It's a cool, icy mint, and that cold character stays with it throughout. Nothing fruity or sweet shop sits alongside, so what the name suggests is what you get. Side by side with Snowman Fresh Mint, the other mint on this shelf, Arctic Kick is the colder of the two and Fresh Mint the plain one. That makes the choice between them a simple matter of how much chill you like. For cold mint, this is the lid to look for.
Where 12mg sits
Each pouch holds 12mg. On the shop's scale that sits in the medium band, which runs from 8mg up to 16mg, and 12mg lands right in the middle of it. Snowman's cans here come at 9mg and 12mg, so this is the top step the brand offers. The same flavour is stocked a step down as Snowman Arctic Kick 9mg. The lid marks strength with a row of five dots, four of them filled in on this can. The number to go by is 12mg a pouch.

Who it suits
This can suits you if you use snus regularly and a medium can is already your usual. It sits comfortably for anyone who has settled in the middle of that band and wants a mint to match. If you've been using the 9mg can and fancy the next step within the same flavour, this is it. And if mint is where you always end up, the cold version makes an easy first Snowman.
Every can holds 20 slim pouches. One can is enough to learn the flavour and the strength together. If cold mint is what you're after, this is the Snowman can to pick. Add one to your basket and see where it sits for you.
