Mint, the soft spoken sort

It's made in Sweden by YOIK AB, at the maker's own factory in Gransholm, outside Växjö in Småland. The can is white, with a target of rings in the flavour's colour on the lid and HELWIT and MINT curved round them in black capitals. The side of the can reads MADE IN SWEDEN, which saves anyone guessing. Sweet, soft and tidy.
What it tastes like
Tastes like the mint you'd be handed with the bill at a nice restaurant, the soft one in the twist of paper. The flavour is mint, sweet first and fresh behind, and it stays smooth and light all the way. It keeps things simple, and that's the whole charm. It's a soft mint, the kind that sits back and lets you get on with your day. If you fancy the same brand turned colder, Helwit Menthol is the peppermint and menthol can further up the ladder. This one keeps things sweet and easy.
How strong it is
Each pouch carries 3.5mg. On the shop's strength scale, light means anything under 8mg, so this is a light band can through and through.
