Lime, with a cactus in tow
Has anyone ever looked at a cactus and thought, that needs a lime? Somebody at Apres did, and here's the result. Apres Cactus Lime 11mg pairs a zesty lime with a cactus note, in a slim pouch from a Swedish brand out of Stockholm. The lid carries N°9, the flavour name in capitals and a red banner. That banner prints HYPÈR STRONG, which is the name Apres gives this line. Spot the banner and the number nine and you've found the right can.
What it tastes like
Tastes like lime that's packed a bag and gone somewhere sunny. The lime leads, bright and zesty, the bit of the flavour you'll notice first. The cactus sits alongside it as a note of its own and keeps the citrus company. It's a citrus pouch at heart, with one unusual guest on the lid. If you like lime and fancy something a little off the usual fruit bowl route, this is the can.
How strong it is
There's 11mg in every pouch. On the shop's scale that lands in the medium band, which starts at 8mg and stops short of 16mg. Among the Apres cans stocked here, 11mg is the top number. The rest of the brand's ladder runs 8.3mg, 5.5mg and 4.4mg, in that order going down. Cactus Lime comes at 11mg only on this shelf. So that's one decision you don't have to make.

Who it is for
Cactus Lime suits you if a medium can is already your usual and citrus is the first thing you look for. It's a good fit for snus regulars who've done lemon, done orange, and want a lime with a twist. If you already get on with other 11mg Apres cans, the number here will be familiar. Only the fruit has changed.
Every can holds 20 slim pouches, all tobacco free. Start with a single can and see how the cactus treats you. Zesty lime, a cactus note, medium strength. No gardening gloves required.
