The middle Sweet Mint
The short answer is that this is the middle can of three. We carry Nordic Spirit Sweet Mint at 6mg, 9mg and 11mg, and this page is the 9mg version. It's a fresh mint flavor with sweet notes, in a slim, tobacco free pouch. Nordic Spirit is a JTI brand and was created in Sweden. The can you receive is labeled Sweet Mint Strong. Strong is how the maker names its 9mg strength.
How it tastes
What to know about the flavor comes straight from the name. It's mint, fresh from the first moment, with sweet notes that complement it. The maker doesn't say which kind of mint, so sweet mint is the full description. Think of it as a cool, fresh mint with a sweet second note. This can is in the Moist range. The maker describes Moist pouches as having increased moisture for a softer feel, and the word Moist appears on the pack.
Strength, one step at a time
Here's how it works. Each pouch contains 9mg of nicotine. Our strength scale counts 8mg up to 16mg as the medium band, so this can sits near the start of that band. Within Sweet Mint, there is a 6mg can one step down and an 11mg can one step up. That makes it simple to move in either direction without changing flavor. The lid shows strength in dots as well as the mg number.

Who it's for
Sweet Mint 9mg fits adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and prefer a sweeter mint in the medium band. It's the next can for anyone who knows the 6mg version and wants a higher number. It leaves the 11mg can available as a further step. If you're newer to pouches, the 6mg Sweet Mint is a good place to start.
There are 20 slim pouches in a can, and the lid has a compartment for used pouches. The Moist cans are a slimmer design, according to the maker. One can is enough to see how the middle step suits you. Choose this one if 9mg is your number.
