Sweet spearmint, biggest number
Think of the green stick of gum, the sweet one, and then give it 11mg. That is Nordic Spirit Spearmint at the maker's top standard strength. Nordic Spirit is a JTI brand, created in Sweden and launched there in 2018, with the pouches now produced in Poland. Spearmint is the softer of the two mints in the brand's Dry range, whose pouches are made, in the maker's words, with plant based fiber and gum base. Standard size pouches, 20 to a can, a spot in the lid for used ones, and a row of dots on the lid for the strength. Tobacco free. Sweet mint fans, you are in the right place.
How it tastes
Here's the fun part. The maker describes it as crisp menthol freshness balanced with fresh and sweet tasting spearmint, and it plays out just like that: a cool menthol opening, then the round, sweet spearmint note that takes over and stays. It is the gentler of the two Nordic Spirit mints, since plain Mint runs on peppermint, and it keeps its sweetness from the first pouch to the last. Picture the gum you chew on a road trip to keep things fresh, in pouch form. If you like your mint sweet rather than sharp, this is the one.
How strong it is
Every pouch has 11mg of nicotine, which is the medium band on our scale, from 8mg up to 16mg. On the maker's own ladder it is the top standard strength, above Regular at 6mg and Strong at 9mg, and the maker labels this step Extra Strong on its pages. So the can says top step and our scale says solid medium, and both are right. For adults already using pouches in the medium band, 11mg is an easy everyday figure. For anyone stepping up from the 6mg cans, it is a real step, so take the first one slow.

Who it is for
Nordic Spirit Spearmint 11mg is for adults in the medium band who like a sweet, rounded mint more than a sharp one. It fits anyone who has used Spearmint at 6mg or 9mg and wants the same flavor with more behind it, and gum fans who want their pouch to taste like the green pack.
Each can holds 20 standard size pouches, tobacco free. Want the sharper mint at the same number? Nordic Spirit Mint 11mg is right there. Want the sweet one at its biggest? Good to go.
