Nordic Spirit's easy going mint
Think of the mint you keep in the car for the drive home. That is Nordic Spirit Mint at 6mg. Nordic Spirit is a JTI brand, created in Sweden and launched there in 2018, with the pouches now produced in Poland, and Mint is the plain, classic flavor in its lineup. This is the lightest strength, 6mg a pouch, which the maker calls Regular on the can. It comes from the brand's Dry range in a standard size pouch, 20 to a can, with a spot in the lid for used pouches and a row of dots on the lid showing the strength next to the mg. Tobacco free and simple. Starting out? You are in the right place.
How it tastes
Here's the fun part. The maker describes Mint as refreshing menthol and crisp peppermint, and that is exactly what shows up: a cool menthol note first, a clean peppermint right behind it, and nothing sweet in the way. It is the taste of a fresh mint from the tin, steady from the first pouch to the last. Nordic Spirit also makes Sweet Mint, which adds a sweet note, and Frosty Mint, which turns the peppermint up, and plain Mint is the level one in between. If a clear, no frills mint is what you want, this is that pouch.
How strong it is
Every pouch has 6mg of nicotine, which is the light band on our scale, from 1mg up to 8mg. The maker's own label for 6mg is Regular, printed right on the can, and from here its range steps up to Strong at 9mg and then to 11mg. So this is the bottom rung of Nordic Spirit on our shelf and the one with the least behind the flavor. The Dry range pouch is made, in the maker's words, with plant based fiber and gum base, for a drier feel and a bold flavor release. Adults new to pouches, or anyone who likes to keep the number low, will find 6mg sits easy.

Who it is for
Nordic Spirit Mint 6mg is for adults just getting started with nicotine pouches who want a clean mint and a low number.
