Icy peppermint, 11mg a pouch
The short answer is peppermint. Nordic Spirit Frosty Mint 11mg is a fresh, icy peppermint pouch with 11mg of nicotine, from JTI's Nordic Spirit brand. The name on the can is slightly different from our title. It reads Frosty Mint X Strong, and X Strong is what the maker calls its 11mg strength. The pouches are slim and tobacco free, with 20 in a can. Of the two Frosty Mint strengths we carry, this is the higher one.
How it tastes
Frosty Mint is a single flavor can, and that flavor is peppermint. The maker's description is a fresh and icy blast of peppermint. In plain terms, expect a cool, clear mint with a cooling character and no fruit alongside it. People sometimes ask how it differs from the brand's Mint can. Mint is described as menthol and peppermint, while Frosty Mint is described as peppermint, fresh and icy. The pack is labeled Moist, the maker's range with increased moisture for a softer feel.
Where 11mg sits
Here's how it works. Every pouch has 11mg of nicotine, and that's the highest Nordic Spirit strength on our shelf, where the brand runs 6mg, 9mg and 11mg. Our strength scale puts 11mg in the medium band, which spans 8mg up to 16mg. So it's the top of this brand's steps and the lower half of our medium band. The same peppermint is available at 9mg. Dots on the lid show the strength too, printed alongside the mg figure.

Who it's for
This can is a good match for adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and prefer a straightforward mint. It makes sense for anyone who already enjoys Frosty Mint at 9mg and wants the next step. It also fits people who know the medium band well and like a cool peppermint. The flavor is simple to describe, and the number is easy to place.
The pouch size is what the maker calls Standard and what many retailers call slim. The lid includes a place for used pouches. Moist cans are also a slimmer can, according to the maker. One can of Frosty Mint 11mg is a good place to start.
