Wild berries, at 9mg
The short answer is that this is a berry can with 9mg of nicotine in every pouch. Nordic Spirit Forest Berries 9mg pairs wild berries with blackcurrant, in a slim pouch that's tobacco free. Nordic Spirit is a JTI brand. It was created in Sweden, first launched there in 2018, and the pouches are now produced in Poland. What to know before you order is that the can itself reads Forest Berries Strong. Strong is the maker's name for its 9mg strength, so the can and our listing are the same product.
How it tastes
Forest Berries is a two part flavor, wild berries and blackcurrant. The maker describes it as bright and juicy with a tang, fresh and sweet at once. Expect berry fruit from the first moment, with blackcurrant as the note that stands out by name. It's one of the fruit options in a lineup that also covers several mints. The pack is labeled Moist, which is one of the maker's two ranges. In the maker's words, Moist means increased moisture for a softer feel.
Where 9mg sits
Here's how it works. Every pouch has 9mg of nicotine, and our strength scale puts that in the medium band, which covers 8mg up to 16mg. That places this can toward the lower end of medium. We carry Nordic Spirit at 6mg, 9mg and 11mg, so 9mg is the middle step of the three. Forest Berries is available at 6mg as well, which falls in our light band. The lid shows strength as a row of dots alongside the mg figure, and the mg figure is the number that matters.

Who it's for
This can is a good match for adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and enjoy fruit flavors. It makes sense as the next step for anyone who already likes Forest Berries at 6mg. It also works for mint users who want one fruit can in the rotation. If blackcurrant is a flavor you look for, you'll find it here.
Each can holds 20 pouches. The maker calls the size Standard, and many retailers list the same pouch as slim. There's a place in the lid for used pouches. One can is a good place to start, and it will tell you whether the flavor is a keeper. Wild berries, blackcurrant, 9mg a pouch.
