Cool, calm and 18mg
Think of a glass of water with a mint leaf in it, sitting on the porch rail on a warm evening. ALP Chilled Mint 18mg keeps that same easy cool. It's a smooth mint with moderate cooling, and ALP puts it right in the middle of its five mint flavors. The strength sits at the other end of things, since 18mg is as high as ALP goes. ALP got going in the United States in 2024, and this can is one of the eight flavors it makes for the UK and Europe. Easy flavor, top strength.
How it tastes
Here's the fun part. Chilled Mint is happy being the relaxed mint in the room. ALP calls it smooth, with a moderate level of cooling, and that's the whole pitch. Think of the mint in the middle of the roll, the one you were glad to get. By the brand's own ranking, Sweet Mint and Spearmint are lighter and Frostbite is the most intense, with Chilled Mint between them. It's mint from start to finish, in a pouch ALP describes as moist.
Top of the ALP ladder
Each pouch has 18mg of nicotine, and ALP counts that per pouch. On our strength scale 18mg is in the strong band, which covers 16mg up to 25mg. ALP makes three strengths of every flavor, and this is the top one. Chilled Mint also comes at 12mg, which is in our medium band, and at 6mg, which is in our light band. Same smooth mint in all three cans. This is just the one with the biggest number on it.

Who it's for
Chilled Mint 18mg is a great fit for adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and already shop the strong band. It's an easy move up if you know the 12mg can and want the same flavor at ALP's top strength. Haven't tried a strong can yet? The 12mg is a friendly first stop. Newer to pouches in general? The 6mg Chilled Mint is the one for you.
Twenty pouches come in a can, all tobacco free. Pick up one can and see how smooth mint and a strong number get along. If you want more cooling at the same strength, Frostbite comes in 18mg as well. Smooth mint, strong band. Good to go.
