Every can on the shop is sorted by the nicotine in a single pouch, measured in milligrams. There are four bands. Light is anything under 8mg. Medium runs from 8mg up to 16mg. Strong runs from 16mg up to 25mg. Extreme is 25mg and over. The band comes from the mg figure and nothing else, so a 15.6mg pouch is medium and a 16mg pouch is strong.

Flavour families

Flavours are sorted into families by the words on the can. Mint covers spearmint, peppermint, menthol and wintergreen, plus anything with frost, freeze or cool in the name. Fruit splits three ways. Berry takes in blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherry and blackcurrant. Citrus is lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit. Tropical gathers mango, pineapple, watermelon, peach, apple and grape.
