SNU Fizzy Energy 9mg tastes like the tall can from the corner shop fridge, sweet first then sharp, with 9mg a pouch. It sits in the medium band on the shop's scale, the gentlest of the four strengths. Lovely for snus users who go looking for that tangy, sparkling drink flavour.

The can that goes psst
You know the sound a cold can makes when the ring pull goes? SNU Fizzy Energy 9mg is that sound, turned into a flavour. It's the classic energy drink taste, sharp, sweet and fizzy, tucked into a slim pouch. The can spells the brand SNÜ, two dots and all, and the pouches are made in the EU. There's a patch on the lid that says rub here to smell the flavour, which is exactly as fun as it sounds. Give it a rub and you'll know what's coming.
What it tastes like
Tastes like the first sip from the tall can in the corner shop fridge. It's that instantly familiar energy drink flavour, tangy and bright, with a sparkling edge that keeps it lively. Sweetness arrives first and the sharp bit follows straight behind. Nothing else is competing for the spotlight, so the taste stays the same from start to finish. It's a flavour name and nothing more, mind, so what you get is the taste of the drink. If that taste is the one you go looking for, here it is in a pouch.
How strong it is
Each pouch holds 9mg. On the shop's strength scale that sits in the medium band, which starts at 8mg and runs up to 16mg, so this one is right near the bottom of it. SNU's Fizzy Energy is on this shelf at four strengths, 9mg, 12mg, 18mg and 45mg, and this is the first step of the four. The lid does the maths for you, with 9MG PER POUCH printed in a tab beside the name. Underneath sits a row of six dots with two of them filled in. Same flavour at every step, so the only thing you're choosing is the number.

Who it is for
Fizzy Energy 9mg suits you if you like your snus sweet, sharp and a bit sparkly. It's the lowest of the SNU strengths on the shelf, so it's the natural pick if you want the flavour with the smallest number attached. Already a fan of fizzy drink flavours? This one belongs in your basket. And if you'd like the same taste a step up, the 12mg can is sitting right next to it.
Every can holds 20 slim pouches, all tobacco free. The can is white with a blue band and red lettering, so it's easy to spot on a desk. Start with a single can and see how you get on with the fizz. Sharp, sweet, 9mg a pouch. Ring pull not included.
