Ripe pear, soft and sweet
Pear is the quiet one in the fruit bowl, and it has a lot of fans for exactly that reason. This can is ripe pear from start to finish, smooth, rounded and gently sweet. It belongs to Pablo Gold Edition, the middle line in the range, at 17mg a pouch. So you get a mellow flavour paired with a firm strength. Soft fruit, strong can. It is a very good combination.
What it tastes like
Tastes like a pear drop that grew up and got a bit more refined. The fruit is ripe and juicy, with that soft, rounded sweetness pears do so well. It stays smooth the whole way through, and the pear keeps its shape from the first moment to the last. The finish is clean and lightly sweet. Everything about it is easy going. If gentle, juicy fruit is your thing, this is it.
How strong it is
Each pouch carries 17mg, which sits in the strong band on our scale. Within Pablo, Gold is the middle step, above Silver Edition at 10.15mg and below Original and Exclusive. It is a firm, steady strength that suits people who use snus regularly. The pear keeps things smooth on top while the strength does its work underneath. Pablo also makes Pear in Silver Edition for anyone who would like the same flavour at the lighter level. Same fruit, two strengths.

Who it is for
Gold Pear suits anyone who uses snus most days and prefers a softer, rounder fruit flavour. It is the obvious next can for people who enjoy Silver Pear and want to step up. It also makes a calm, sweet partner to the brighter fruits in the Gold line. If you are newer to snus, Silver Pear is the one to begin with. Every can holds 20 slim pouches. Pear people, your can has arrived.
