What it tastes like
Tastes like the jam end of the fruit aisle, the darker shelf where the good jars are kept. Cherry is the one fruit ALP names, and it sits right at the front. The berries come along behind as a mixed bunch, and ALP doesn't say which ones, so nobody's getting a roll call here. What the brand does say is that the flavour is rich, with a sweet depth to it. It's a fruit tin from top to bottom. ALP also describes its pouches as moist, which suits a flavour like this.
How strong it is
Each pouch holds 12mg, and ALP prints its strengths per pouch, so the number on the tin is the number you get. On the shop's scale that's the medium band, which runs from 8mg up to 16mg, and 12mg lands bang in the middle of it. ALP makes every flavour in three strengths, 6mg, 12mg and 18mg. That makes this the middle tin of the three for Cherries & Berries. The 6mg sits in the light band below, and the 18mg sits in the strong band above. Same fruit in all three, so the only thing you're choosing is the number.
