Cherry leads and a bunch of berries follows in Alp Cherries & Berries 6mg, a rich, sweet fruit tin at 6mg a pouch. It's the lightest of Alp's three strengths and sits in the shop's light band. Lovely if you're newer to snus or simply like your fruit dark, jammy and easygoing.

A can of Alp Cherries & Berries 6mg

Cherry on top, berries underneath

Ever opened a punnet of mixed fruit and gone straight for the cherries? Nobody would blame you. ALP Cherries & Berries 6mg saves you the rummaging by putting the lot in one pouch. It's a rich cherry and berry mix from ALP, an American brand that started in the United States in 2024 and landed in the UK in July 2026. This is the 6mg tin, the first rung of three. Fruit bowl manners not required.

What it tastes like

Tastes like the filling of a fruit tart, minus the pastry and the washing up. Cherry does the talking, since it's the only fruit ALP puts a name to. The berries are a mixed crowd, and the brand leaves it at that. ALP calls the whole thing rich, with a sweet depth, and those are the brand's own words. There's no mint anywhere near it. Just fruit, sweet and deep, in a pouch the brand describes as moist.

How strong it is

Six milligrams a pouch, or 6mg as the shop writes it, and ALP counts per pouch so there's no sum to do. On the shop's scale that's the light band, which covers everything under 8mg. ALP makes three strengths of every flavour, and this is the lowest of them. Next up is the 12mg tin of Cherries & Berries, which sits in the medium band from 8mg up to 16mg. Above that is the 18mg, in the strong band. Three tins, one flavour, and this is the easy going one.

Who it is for

Cherries & Berries 6mg suits you if you like your snus on the lighter side and your flavours on the fruity side. It's a good match if you're newer to snus and want a light band tin with plenty of flavour. It also suits anyone who simply prefers a lower number. If you'd like the same fruit with more strength, the 12mg and 18mg tins are right there.

Each tin holds 20 pouches, every one tobacco free. One tin is all you need to find out whether cherry is your thing. If it is, ALP has two more fruit flavours, Tropical Fruit and Grape Ice, both made at 6mg too. Light strength, big fruit. Basket, tin, done.
