The can that forgot to say what it is
Here's a can with the confidence to leave its own flavour off the lid. White Fox Original 8mg arrives as a plain blue can with a white geometric fox head, the brand name, and not a word about what's inside. So here's the spoiler. It's mint. The shop calls it Original, the maker calls it White Fox Mint, and both are talking about the same fresh mint with spearmint. The pouches are slim, 20 in a can, tobacco free and made in Sweden.
What it tastes like
Tastes like the mint that grows by the back door, the one that takes over the whole flower bed if you turn your back on it. It's a fresh mint with spearmint, and that's the entire guest list. The spearmint keeps things bright from the first moment to the last. White Fox has other mints with extras, menthol in Double Mint and black pepper in Peppered Mint. This one keeps it simple and lets the mint get on with it. If plain, fresh mint is your idea of a good time, you've found your can.
How strong it is
Each pouch holds 8mg. On the shop's strength scale the medium band runs from 8mg up to 16mg, so this can stands right at the front door of medium. Original comes at three strengths here, 4mg below, 8mg in the middle and 16mg above. It's the same blue mint can each time, so you're only choosing a number.
