What it tastes like
Tastes like a wedge of watermelon eaten straight after a peppermint, in the best possible way. The watermelon is the juicy part and it leads the way. The peppermint comes in fresh behind it and keeps everything bright. VELO calls the pairing a fusion, which is a grand word for two flavours getting on very well. Neither one shouts over the other. Fruit first, mint second, and both of them easy to spot.
The middle of three
