Strawberries, straight out of the freezer
Ever left a punnet of strawberries in the freezer by mistake and then decided it was a brilliant idea all along? That's roughly the thinking behind Denssi Strawberry Freeze 8mg. It's sweet strawberry with an icy cooling finish, in a slim pouch from a Finnish brand that takes cold seriously. Denssi has a bit of the Viking about it, and it shows in the name. Strawberry does the summer part. Freeze does the Nordic part.
What it tastes like
Tastes like a strawberry ice lolly on the one hot day of a British summer. The strawberry arrives first, sweet and clear, the sort of flavour that needs no introduction. Then the cooling finish rolls in behind it and turns the whole thing cold. That's what Freeze means on a Denssi can, fruit up front and an icy close behind. The two take turns nicely. Sweet at the start, cold at the end, and no confusion about which is which.
How strong it is
Each pouch holds 8mg, and that's the very first step of the shop's medium band. The band runs up to 16mg, which is where you'll find the other Strawberry Freeze can. Denssi makes all seven of its flavours in two strengths like this. Both cans taste of the same strawberry and the same cold. The circle on the lid tells you which one you're holding. No guesswork needed.

Who it is for
Strawberry Freeze 8mg suits you if you use snus regularly, a medium can is your usual, and you like fruit with something cold on the end. It's a good one for anybody who hovers between the fruit shelf and the mint shelf and never fully commits. If a strong can is more your habit, the 16mg Strawberry Freeze is the same flavour a band higher. Either way, you get the strawberry.
Every can holds 20 slim pouches, all tobacco free. Denssi does three more Freeze fruits, blueberry, mango and watermelon, should you want to make a fruit salad of it. Start with a single can and see how the cold suits you. Sweet strawberry, icy finish, medium strength. Spoon not required.
