What it tastes like
Tastes like the berry layer of a summer pudding with a sprig of mint stuck in the top. The berries come first, a forest berry mix that the maker describes as refreshing. The maker doesn't list which berries are in it, so the can keeps that to itself. Then the mint arrives as a twist at the end and freshens the whole thing up. Fruit first, mint second, in that order every time. It's a tidy pairing and it does what the name says.
How strong it is
Each pouch holds 20mg. On our strength scale that's the strong band, which runs from 16mg up to 25mg, with extreme starting at 25mg.
