What blue raspberry means here
The short answer is that Velo Blue Raspberry is two berries in one pouch. The flavor is a sweet blend of blueberry and raspberry, and each pouch has 8mg of nicotine. VELO is the nicotine pouch brand made by BAT. This can comes in the Slim format, with 20 pouches inside, and it is tobacco free. What to know up front is that it is an all fruit flavor with no mint listed. That makes it one of the plainly sweet cans on our VELO shelf.
How it tastes
Here's how it works. The name says raspberry, and the can delivers raspberry plus blueberry in a single sweet blend. The two berries come through together, so you get one rounded berry flavor in place of two separate notes. Sweetness leads the way, and it stays in front from start to finish. There is no mint in the maker's description, so nothing sits between you and the fruit. If berry candy is a flavor you enjoy, this lands close to that.
Where 8mg sits
Each pouch has 8mg of nicotine. Our strength scale has four bands. Light is under 8mg, medium runs from 8mg up to 16mg, strong runs from 16mg up to 25mg, and extreme is 25mg and over. At 8mg, Blue Raspberry is the first step into medium. On our VELO shelf, the 6mg cans sit one step below and the 10mg cans one step above. VELO lists strength as milligrams of nicotine per pouch, so the number is direct.

Who it is for
Blue Raspberry is a good match for adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and like fruit flavors best. It also fits anyone moving up from a 6mg can who wants to stay with berries. Velo Ruby Berry is the 6mg red berry option one step down. Prefer berries with mint? Velo Icy Berries comes in at 14mg.
Each can holds 20 slim pouches. Slim is VELO's standard pouch format. A single can is a good place to start with the flavor. Sweet berry at 8mg, simple as that.
