What the name tells you
What to know first is that the name on this can is a full description. Iceberg Ultra Strawberry Banana Gum 56mg is a strawberry and banana flavor with a bubblegum character, at 56mg of nicotine a pouch. Ultra is the line, which Iceberg calls the toughest version of its pouches, and the brand comes from Iceberg Tobacco in Warsaw. On the can itself, ULTRA is printed separately at the top of a black lid. Below it you will see a polygon style bear head, the ICEBERG wordmark and STRAWBERRY BANANA GUM. That is how to recognize it when it arrives.
The flavor, piece by piece
Here's how it works. Strawberry supplies the sweet part and banana supplies the soft part. A bubblegum character ties the two together, so the whole thing reads like classic strawberry banana gum. Iceberg's own description is a soft fruity flavor, built from the sweetest berry and the softest fruit. There is no mint in the mix and nothing tart. It is a sweet, soft flavor for people who like their fruit candy style.
How strong it is
The short answer is 56mg of nicotine in each pouch. We group every can on the site into four strength bands, and extreme, the highest, begins at 25mg. At 56mg, this can is deep in that band. The same is true of every Iceberg can we stock, since they all share the 56mg figure. That means choosing between them comes down to flavor. Inside the can are 20 white pouches, tobacco free, at 0.8 g apiece.

Who it is for
This can is for adults who use nicotine pouches daily and whose regular can is already in the extreme band. It is a strong match if you lean toward sweet, soft flavors. If your regular can is in the medium or strong band, 56mg is a long way above it, and the band you already use is the better match. For people already buying extreme cans, the strength will be what they expect.
You get 20 pouches in a can. Every other Iceberg flavor here matches the strength, so you can add a second can without changing the number. Strawberry, banana, bubblegum, 56mg. If sweet gum flavors are what you like, this is a good place to start.
