What Mocha means here
The short answer is coffee, chocolate and caramel. Helwit Mocha 7.5mg is a slim, tobacco free pouch with 7.5mg of nicotine and 20 pouches in the can. What to know about the lid is that it carries more words than our title does. It reads MOCHA, with EXTRA STRONG repeated around a black outer ring, because the maker's name for this can is Mocha Extra Strong. That is the same product you are looking at here. Helwit comes from YOIK AB, a Swedish maker with its own factory in Gransholm, outside Växjö in Småland.
How it tastes
Here's how it works as a flavor. Coffee is the base, the part you notice first. Chocolate comes in alongside it, and caramel adds a sweet, rounded note at the end. The maker sums it up as chocolatey, coffee and caramel comfort, and its Swedish page names cappuccino, caramel and chocolate. A useful picture is a coffeehouse mocha with a caramel drizzle on top. It sits on the dessert side of the shelf, next door to the mints and the fruits.
Where 7.5mg sits
Each pouch contains 7.5mg of nicotine. On our strength scale that is the top of the light band, which covers everything under 8mg, and medium starts at 8mg. The lid prints EXTRA STRONG, which is the maker's own name for the can within its line. Our figure is the one to go by. Across the Helwit cans we carry, the steps are 3.5mg, 4.5mg, 6mg and 7.5mg, so Mocha is on the highest of the four. Helwit Violet is also available at 7.5mg, and Mocha itself comes at this one strength.

Who it's for
Mocha is a fit for adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and want a coffee and chocolate flavor in the rotation. If you usually buy in the light band and prefer the top of it, 7.5mg is the matching number. It is also the next step for anyone who has been using Helwit's 6mg can. If a lower figure is your usual, the brand's 3.5mg and 4.5mg cans are the place to look.
The can is white with a target of rings, a black outer ring and MADE IN SWEDEN on the side. Inside are 20 slim pouches. Coffee, chocolate and caramel, at 7.5mg a pouch. A good place to start if you want Helwit at its highest step on our shelf.
