Cola at 7.5mg
The short answer is that Helwit Cola 7.5mg is a sweet cola pouch at the top of the maker's own scale, with 7.5mg of nicotine in each pouch. The maker sells this strength as Extra Strong, and the lid carries a black outer ring instead of a fraction. The format is slim, 20 pouches to a can, like every Helwit. Helwit is made by YOIK AB in Sweden, at its own factory in Gransholm outside Växjö in Småland, and the pouches contain no tobacco. What to know: the maker also makes Cola at 3.5mg, and this is the one with more behind it.
How it tastes
Here's how it works. Cola, sweet and fizzy, the caramel sweetness and bright edge you know from the fountain. The maker's own words are fizzy, sweet, familiar deliciousness, and familiar is the point. It comes in right away and holds steady from the first pouch to the last. There is no mint in this can, no cherry and no vanilla, so the cola stands on its own. For anyone who wants a sweet flavor that is a drink rather than a fruit, this is the one in the Helwit lineup.
How strong it is
Each pouch has 7.5mg of nicotine, and two scales describe it. The maker calls it Extra Strong, because 7.5mg is the top of Helwit's four step range, above the 6mg cans marked 4/4. Our scale covers every brand on our shelf, and on it 7.5mg sits at the top of the light band, 1mg up to 8mg. On our shelf it matches Banana at 7.5mg, sits above Blueberry, Mocha and Pear at 4.5mg, and below Blueberry 9mg, which is in the medium band. A light pouch with presence, and the strongest cola the maker makes. A good place to start if you want cola with weight.

Who it is for
Helwit Cola 7.5mg suits adults who use nicotine pouches regularly, like sweet drink flavors, and want a light pouch with more behind it than the 4.5mg cans. It fits anyone who prefers a familiar flavor to fruit, and anyone who wants cola for the daytime.
If you want cola with a spice in it, XPCT Cola/Ginger at 8.4mg adds warm ginger. For straight cola at 7.5mg, this is the can.
