Banana at 7.5mg
The short answer is that Helwit Banana 7.5mg is the stronger of the two banana cans Helwit makes, with 7.5mg of nicotine in each pouch. The maker sells this strength as Extra Strong, and the lid carries a black outer ring instead of the usual fraction. The format is slim, 20 pouches to a can, like every Helwit. Helwit is made by YOIK AB in Sweden, at its own factory in Gransholm outside Växjö in Småland, and the pouches contain no tobacco. What to know: the maker says this flavor started as a Helwit Concept test and won the 2023 vote before joining the lineup.
How it tastes
Ripe banana, sweet and creamy, from the first pouch to the last. The maker describes it as sweet, tropical and fruity, with the essence of ripe bananas and a rich, creamy taste. Here's how it works in practice. The banana is soft and round, like the fruit when it has gone fully yellow, and the creaminess smooths the finish. There is no mint in this can and no cooling. Among the Helwit fruit flavors, this is the mellow one, with sweetness in place of sharpness.
How strong it is
Each pouch has 7.5mg of nicotine, and two scales apply. The maker calls it Extra Strong because 7.5mg is the top of Helwit's own four step range, above its 6mg cans marked 4/4. Our scale runs across every brand on our shelf, and on it 7.5mg sits in the light band, 1mg up to 8mg, right at the top edge. On our shelf, Helwit Cola matches it at 7.5mg, Blueberry, Mocha and Pear sit below at 4.5mg, and Blueberry 9mg sits above in the medium band. A good place to start if you want a light pouch with some presence.

Who it is for
Helwit Banana 7.5mg suits adults who use nicotine pouches regularly, like sweet creamy fruit flavors, and want the top of Helwit's Extra Strong line. It fits anyone who wants a light pouch with more presence than a 4.5mg can, and anyone who tried the banana and wanted more of it.
If you would rather have banana at a lower strength, the maker also makes it at 3.5mg. For ripe banana at 7.5mg, this is the can.
