A mint with a sweet side
Think of the mint that comes with the check at a diner, the one everybody quietly takes two of. Havens Sweet Mint 13mg has that same easy charm. It's a cool, smooth mint with a touch of sweetness, in a slim white pouch with 13mg of nicotine. The brand behind it is a British own brand, set up by the founder of an online pouch shop. Your can will be white, with an archer drawing a bow on the lid and the name written as HAVEN'S. Mint fans, pull up a chair.
How it tastes
Here's the fun part. The name tells you everything, and then the pouch backs it up. You get a cool, smooth mint, with a little sweetness along for the ride. The brand describes it as a crisp burst of minty sweetness. There's no fruit and no extras in the mix, only mint and a sweet edge. If a mellow, refreshing mint sounds like your kind of thing, you are in the right place.
Strength, by the numbers
Each pouch has 13mg of nicotine. On our strength scale that's the medium band, which runs from 8mg up to 16mg. Havens offers two strengths, and this is the lower one, known as the Blue Line. One quick heads up for when your order lands. The can doesn't say 13 on it. What the lid prints is a Blue tag and 20 MEDIUM, where the 20 counts nicotine in a gram of pouch material and not in one pouch. So white can plus Blue tag means you got the right one. Sweet Mint also comes in the black Red Line can at 32.5mg, which is in our extreme band.

Who it's for
Sweet Mint 13mg is a nice fit for adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and reach for mint first. If a medium can is already your everyday choice, this one will feel like home. It's also a friendly pick for anyone who likes mint smooth and a little sweet. Sound like you? Then you're set.
A can holds 20 slim white pouches, and the can reads tobacco free. Havens keeps it short, with two flavors and two strengths making four cans on our shelf. Grab a single can and get to know it. Cool mint, a touch of sweet, medium strength. Good to go.
