Sweet Mint at the higher strength
What most people want to know first is the strength, so here it is. Havens Sweet Mint 32.5mg has 32.5mg of nicotine in each pouch, the higher of the brand's two strengths. Havens is a British own brand, created by the founder of an online pouch shop. This can is black, and the brand calls it the Red Line. The lid shows the brand name as HAVEN'S, along with an archer drawing a bow, the words SWEET MINT and a small RED tag. The pouches are slim and white, with 20 in a can.
What the flavor is
The flavor is a cool, smooth mint with a touch of sweetness. In the brand's words, it is a crisp burst of minty sweetness. In plain terms, that means a refreshing, cooling mint and a mellow sweet note next to it. Nothing else is added to the profile, so there is no fruit to account for. It reads as a straightforward mint with a softer, sweeter side. For anyone who prefers mint flavors, it is an easy one to place.
Reading the strength
The short answer is 32.5mg a pouch. Our extreme band begins at 25mg, so this can is in the highest band on our scale. Havens makes one other strength, 13mg, which falls in the medium band, and Sweet Mint comes in both. What to know when the can arrives is that 32.5 is not printed on it. The lid prints a RED tag and 50 STRONG, and the 50 is a by the gram figure for the pouch material, not the nicotine in one pouch. Each pouch contains 32.5mg. A black can with a RED tag is the one that matches this page.

Who it's for
Sweet Mint 32.5mg suits adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and already buy in the extreme band. If your usual can is 25mg or higher and you like mint, this lines up well. If a medium can is your usual, look at Sweet Mint at 13mg, which comes in the white Blue Line can. The flavor name is the same on both lids, so check the tag.
Every can reads tobacco free on the lid. The Havens lineup is two flavors in two strengths, four cans total, so the choice is quick. Order a single can to see how it fits your routine. For extreme band mint fans, this is a good place to start.
