The Red Line Grape Cola
The short answer is that this is the stronger of the two Havens Grape Cola cans. Havens Grape Cola 32.5mg has 32.5mg of nicotine in every pouch, which puts it in the extreme band on our scale. Havens is a British own brand, created by the founder of an online pouch shop, and it keeps a short list of two flavors, two strengths and four cans. This one comes in a black can that the brand calls the Red Line. On the lid you'll see an archer drawing a bow, the flavor name, a small RED tag and the brand name written as HAVEN'S. The pouches inside are slim and white.
What the flavor is
Grape Cola is a soda flavor, and it has two parts. One is a sweet, juicy grape. The other is a fizzy cola note with a familiar cola tang. Taken together, the closest comparison is a grape soda with cola in the mix. Both parts are there in every pouch, and the profile stays on the sweet side. If soda flavors are what you usually reach for, this belongs in that group.
What to know about the strength
Here's how it works. Each pouch has 32.5mg of nicotine, and our extreme band starts at 25mg, so this is the top strength Havens offers. The brand's other strength is 13mg, which sits in our medium band, and Grape Cola is available in both. What to know about the can is that it does not print 32.5. The lid prints a RED tag and 50 STRONG, and that 50 describes nicotine by the gram of pouch material instead of the amount in one pouch. One pouch holds 32.5mg. Look for the black can with the RED tag and you have the right product.

Who it's for
This can is for adults whose everyday nicotine pouches are already in the extreme band. If 25mg and up is your usual range and you enjoy sweet soda flavors, it fits right in. If a medium can is your usual, Grape Cola also comes at 13mg in the white Blue Line can. Choose by the band you already use.
Each can holds 20 slim pouches, and the can reads tobacco free. With only four cans in the lineup, finding your match takes very little effort. Order a single can to get familiar with it. For extreme band users who like grape and cola, this is a good place to start.
