Icy and clean, 25mg
The short answer is that Garant Ice Cool is a fresh, icy nicotine pouch with no fruit in it and 25mg of nicotine in every pouch. Garant is made by UAB Kordula, a Lithuanian company, and the pouches are tobacco free. On our strength scale, 25mg is where the extreme band begins, so this can sits at the top of the shelf, level with the brand's Extreme line, which runs at the same figure. A good place to start if you want pure freshness at full strength and nothing else in the way.
How it tastes
Clean and icy, in the way a strong mint feels more than tastes. The flavor opens with a bright, cooling freshness and keeps it the whole way through, with no fruit and no sweetness alongside. What to know is that this is the sensation of mint more than the leaf itself: crisp, clear and simple. Think of stepping into the air conditioning on a hot afternoon. There's nothing in the can to compete with it. The freshness is the same from the first pouch to the last.
How strong it is
Here's how it works. Each pouch has 25mg of nicotine, which puts Ice Cool in the extreme band on our scale, the band that starts at 25mg and goes up. It sits right at the entry to that band, level with Garant's Extreme cans, which run at the same 25mg. The pouches are tobacco free, made by Kordula in Lithuania. A fresh, icy flavor can make a strong pouch feel cleaner than the number says, so keep the number in mind. The coolness is the gentle part; the strength is not.

Who it is for
Ice Cool is for adults who already use nicotine pouches in the strong band and want to move up to extreme with the cleanest flavor possible. It suits anyone who would rather have freshness than fruit in front of a strong pouch.
For a mint with more leaf to it at the same 25mg, Extreme Fresh Mint is right beside it, and the Extreme Ice fruit cans, Blueberry, Peach and Guava, pair a fresh mint lift with fruit. For pure icy freshness at the top of the scale, start here.
