Sweet grape, 25mg
The short answer is that Garant Extreme Grape is a sweet, full grape nicotine pouch with 25mg of nicotine in every pouch. It belongs to the Garant Extreme line, a long list of flavors that all run at that same 25mg. Garant is made by UAB Kordula, a Lithuanian company, and the pouches are tobacco free. On our strength scale, 25mg is where the extreme band begins, so this can sits at the top of the shelf. A good place to start if you want a rounded, sweet flavor at full strength.
How it tastes
Grape leads from the start, sweet and full, closer to grape soda than to anything from a vineyard. The flavor opens rich and rounded and holds that sweetness steady the whole way through. There's no mint and no sharp edge in the can, so nothing cuts across the fruit. What to know is that this is the soft, generous end of the Extreme line. Think of the purple popsicle from the ice cream truck. The flavor is the same from the first pouch to the last.
How strong it is
Here's how it works. Each pouch has 25mg of nicotine, which puts Extreme Grape in the extreme band on our scale, the band that starts at 25mg and goes up. It sits right at the entry to that band, and every can in the Garant Extreme line runs at the same figure, so Grape is level with Citrus, Fresh Mint and the rest. The pouches are tobacco free, made by Kordula in Lithuania. A sweet flavor can make a strong pouch feel gentler than the number says, so keep the number in mind. The grape is the only soft thing here.

Who it is for
Extreme Grape is for adults who already use nicotine pouches in the strong band and want to move up to extreme with a sweet, rounded flavor in front of it. It suits anyone who prefers full fruit over sharp at higher strengths.
For something sharper at the same 25mg, Extreme Citrus and Extreme Raspberry are right beside it, and Extreme Ice Blueberry pairs its fruit with a fresh mint lift. For sweet grape at the top of the scale, start here.
