Sharp citrus, 25mg
The short answer is that Garant Extreme Citrus is a sharp, zesty citrus nicotine pouch with 25mg of nicotine in every pouch. It belongs to the Garant Extreme line, which covers a long list of flavors at that same 25mg. Garant is made by UAB Kordula, a Lithuanian company, and the pouches are tobacco free. On our strength scale, 25mg is where the extreme band begins, so this can sits at the top of the shelf. A good place to start if you want a clean, bright flavor at full strength.
How it tastes
Citrus leads from the start, sharp and bright, with the zest out in front. The opening is sour in the way lemon peel is, and it settles into a clean, tangy middle that holds the whole way through. There's no mint and no heavy sweetness in the can, so the citrus stays crisp. What to know is that the flavor is built to cut through rather than to soothe. Think lemon zest over a glass of ice water. The flavor is steady from the first pouch to the last.
How strong it is
Here's how it works. Each pouch has 25mg of nicotine, which puts Extreme Citrus in the extreme band on our scale, the band that starts at 25mg and goes up. It sits right at the entry to that band, and every can in the Garant Extreme line runs at the same figure, so Citrus is level with Grape, Raspberry and the rest. The pouches are tobacco free, made by Kordula in Lithuania. For adults who already use strong nicotine pouches, 25mg is the next clear step up. The citrus is sharp, and the strength is the headline.

Who it is for
Extreme Citrus is for adults who already use nicotine pouches in the strong band and want to move up to extreme with a sharp flavor in front of it. It suits anyone who prefers zesty over sweet, especially at higher strengths where a clean flavor keeps things simple.
For a sweeter fruit at the same 25mg, Extreme Grape and Extreme Raspberry are right beside it, and Extreme Mango Lime brings a tropical version of the same citrus edge. For sharp citrus at the top of the scale, start here.
