Spearmint, the 8mg can
The short answer is that FUMi Spearmint 8mg is a clean spearmint nicotine pouch at the lowest of the brand's slim mint strengths. FUMi comes from Helix Sweden AB and is made in Sweden, and its pouches are tobacco free, slim, and come 20 to a can. The brand makes Spearmint at 8mg, 11mg and 15mg, plus a 4mg Mini, so this can is the first step on the ladder. On our strength scale 8mg is where the medium band begins. What to know is that this is one of two FUMi mints, the other being the icy Freezy Mint. A good place to start if you want a mint at a steady number.
How it tastes
Spearmint, smooth and clean, the mint of a stick of gum rather than anything sharper. There is no fruit in the can and no second mint behind it, so the flavor stays steady from the first pouch to the last. Here's how it works: one mint, carried evenly, with 8mg of nicotine underneath. FUMi describes its cans by name only, and spearmint is a name everyone already knows. It reads as fresh without being icy. For a mint that goes with coffee, lunch and the drive home, this is the profile.
How strong it is
Every slim pouch has 8mg of nicotine. On our scale that is the start of the medium band, 8mg to 16mg. FUMi makes Spearmint at 8mg, 11mg and 15mg per pouch, and at 4mg in a Mini pouch, so this is the lightest of the slim cans. The lid may read Strong after the flavor name, the brand's word for 8mg, with Extra Strong and Ultra Strong on the two cans above. Every FUMi without Mini in the title is slim, with 20 pouches per can. Made in Sweden, tobacco free. For a medium mint with room to climb, start at 8.

Who it's for
Spearmint 8mg suits adults who use nicotine pouches regularly and want a clean mint at a medium strength that begins low. It is the natural next can for anyone who started on the 4mg Spearmint Mini. It also suits people who keep one mint pouch for the whole day and want it to pair with anything. 8mg makes that an easy call.
Want the same spearmint with more behind it? The 11mg and 15mg cans are the next two steps. Want a mint with ice in it? Freezy Mint is the other FUMi mint. For the first rung of the ladder, this is the can to pick up.
