A straight answer on mint
The short answer is that Mint Fresh is the fresh mint in the CUBA Ninja line. Each pouch has 15.6mg of nicotine, which puts it at the top of the medium band on our scale. The pouches are slim and white, and they contain no tobacco. Ninja carries two mint cans, this one and Ice Cool. Ice Cool goes icy, and Mint Fresh stays fresh. If fresh mint is what you look for, this is a good place to start.
The flavor
The flavor is clean, cooling mint with a fresh finish. That is the full profile, and it stays consistent from the start to the end. No fruit or candy flavor appears in the name or in the taste. Here's how it works next to its neighbor. Ice Cool takes mint in an icy direction, while Mint Fresh keeps it fresh and clean. Adults who like a familiar mint will find this one easy to read.
The strength, explained
Every pouch has 15.6mg of nicotine, the same as each standard Ninja can. Our medium band runs from 8mg up to 16mg, and strong starts at 16mg. That places this can at the very top of medium. For comparison within the brand, CUBA White has 10.4mg a pouch and CUBA Black has 43mg. This can sits between the two. The Ninja line runs up to 150mg a pouch, and Mint Fresh is one of seven flavors that also come as a 150mg can, which sits in the extreme band and is meant for the most experienced users only.

Who it suits
Mint Fresh fits adults 21 and over who use nicotine pouches regularly and want mint at a medium strength. It is a natural next step for anyone moving up from CUBA White. It also pairs well with a fruit can if you like to switch between flavors. Prefer an icy mint? Ninja Ice Cool has the same strength.
CUBA pouches are made in Poland by Nikotabako. Start with one can and see how it fits. Fresh mint, a slim pouch and 15.6mg make this a clear, simple choice. The table above has the details at a glance.
