What Après Cola is
The short answer is that Après Cola is a classic cola flavored nicotine pouch at 8.3mg per pouch. Après is a Swedish brand from Stockholm, its pouches are tobacco free, and it sorts its range by strength, so the number matters as much as the flavor. On our shelf Après runs at 8.3mg and 11mg, and this is the lower of the two. The lid carries N°4 above the word Cola, which is how the brand labels its cans. What to know is that this is the familiar flavor in the lineup, next to a set of fruit and spritz names. A good place to start if you want a taste you already know.
How it tastes
Cola, sweet and classic, the way the fountain drink tastes. Après describes each can by name only, and for cola that is all the description you need. Nothing fruity is layered on top and nothing minty sits underneath. The flavor holds its shape across the pouch, which is what you want from a sweet profile. Here's how it works: one flavor, carried start to finish, with 8.3mg of nicotine behind it. For anyone who wants a break from fruit and mint, this is the straightforward option.
How strong it is
Every pouch has 8.3mg of nicotine. On our strength scale that falls at the low end of the medium band, which runs from 8mg to 16mg. Après names its lines Normal, Extra Strong and Hypèr Strong, and 8.3mg per pouch is the figure for Extra Strong. The brand also makes Cola at 11mg, the Hypèr Strong number, so there is a step up in the same flavor. The Après cans on our shelf run from 8.3mg to 11mg. The pouches contain nicotine but no tobacco, in the maker's words. For a medium that starts gently, this is the number.

Who it's for
Après Cola suits adults who like sweet flavors and want a nicotine pouch at a medium strength that begins low. It is a good fit for anyone newer to pouches who would rather start with a flavor they recognize. It also suits regular users who want something that is neither fruit nor mint for the daytime. At 8.3mg it is an easy can to keep going through the day.
Want cola with more behind it? Après makes it at 11mg. Want to stay at 8.3mg and go sweeter? Appletini is the fruit option. For a familiar flavor at a friendly number, Cola is the can to pick up.
